Terms & Conditions

​DEFINITIONS

  • “Participant”, “Customer” or “You” refers to any individual booking, attending, or participating in a Sivana Wellness event, or the legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor where applicable.

  • “Sivana”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to Sivana Wellness Experiences, the company curating and hosting wellness events, classes, and experiences.

  • “Event” refers to any wellness experience organized by Sivana, including but not limited to yoga, pilates, meditation sessions, retreats, workshops, and special experiences such as Flow With The Sea.

TICKETS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

​

  • All tickets are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

  • Participants must meet the minimum age requirement specified for each event. Some events may be restricted to participants aged 18 and above.

  • Participants must arrive on time. Sivana is not responsible for missed sessions due to late arrival, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Where applicable, tickets may be rescheduled once if requested in writing within the timeframe specified on the event page.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another participant only with prior written notice to Sivana within the timeframe stated for the event.

  • Payment methods may include debit/credit cards and bank transfers, depending on the event.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details provided are accurate. Confirmation of your booking will be sent upon successful payment.

  • If you purchase a ticket on behalf of another participant, you are responsible for ensuring they are aware of and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

EVENT CHANGES & SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS

  • Sivana reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, instructors, or program details if required for safety, weather conditions, or operational reasons.

  • For outdoor or sea-based events such as Flow With The Sea, changes may occur due to weather, sea conditions, or maritime regulations.

  • If an event is rescheduled by Sivana, participants will be informed promptly and offered either a rescheduled date or an alternative solution, depending on the circumstances.

​HEALTH & SAFETY

​

  • Participation in Sivana events is at your own risk.

  • Participants must follow all instructions provided by Sivana staff, instructors, venue personnel, and, where applicable, boat crew and captains.

  • Sivana reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the experience of others.

  • The use of substances that impair judgment is not permitted during Sivana wellness activities.

  • Sivana is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings during events.

​FITNESS, MEDICAL CONDITIONS & ALLERGIES

​

  • Participants must ensure they are physically and medically fit to take part in wellness activities such as yoga, pilates, meditation, breath-work, or contrast therapy.

  • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations, you should consult a healthcare professional before attending and inform Sivana in advance where relevant.

  • For sea-based events, participants must disclose any inability to swim prior to the event.

  • Any food or beverage allergies must be communicated to Sivana in advance when refreshments or meals are included.

CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY, MEDIA & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

  • By attending a Sivana event, you acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may take place during the experience.

  • You grant Sivana Wellness Experiences permission to capture and use images and video in which you may appear for marketing, promotional, and communication purposes across Sivana platforms, including but not limited to its website, social media channels, and digital communications.

  • If you prefer not to appear in any photography or video content, please inform the Sivana team in writing prior to the event.

  • All media content captured during Sivana events remains the intellectual property of Sivana Wellness Experiences. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Sivana.

GOVERNING LAW​

​

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate in which the event takes place.

  • Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with Sivana events, bookings, or use of the Sivana website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
